When collecting the claims of our clients, we submit a proposal for enforcement and we take over all communication with the assigned debt enforcer on behalf of the client. We supervise the continuity of enforcement proceedings and apply the necessary procedural institutes in a timely manner.

If our clients are on the debtor’s side in the enforcement proceedings, we supervise the legality of the entire enforcement process. On behalf of the client, we submit a reasoned proposal to stop the enforcement process, in the case of deductions made, we supervise the statutory amount of the payment, we negotiate the repayment schedule and, if the conditions are met, we file a motion to stop the enforcement process. We also apply appropriate legal means to ensure that clients’ assets are not blocked beyond what is necessary.

Our team will evaluate the procedural and substantive aspects of the enforcement document in great detail, as we regret to state that not all enforcement proceedings are conducted legally or for the statutory amount; Enforced time-barred claims of creditors are no exception. In the event of illegal enforcement, we also defend the client’s rights by initiating the necessary court proceedings at the general court, arbitration court, or the Constitutional Court of the Slovak Republic.
